Data Deletion

If you are a business that uses LoopTree:

1. You can disconnect your WhatsApp or Instagram from the platform (Settings, Channels), or remove LoopTree's access from your Meta account settings (Business Integrations).
2. To delete all your data, email grivas@looptree.ai from your account's email address with the subject "Data deletion".

If you are a customer of a business that uses LoopTree (you messaged it on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger):

1. Contact that business, which is responsible for your conversation.
2. Or email grivas@looptree.ai with the subject "Data deletion", the business's name, and your phone number or Instagram username. We will coordinate with the business.

If you used Facebook or Instagram login with LoopTree: you can remove LoopTree's access in your account settings (on Facebook, Business Integrations or Apps and Websites; on Instagram, Apps and Websites) and ask us to delete your data at the same address.

Timeframes: we confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and delete the data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax records). We send you a confirmation when it is done.
